With a shared love for the coveted egg sandwich, husband/wife team China Kautz and Nate Kautz dreamt up the idea of opening a breakfast sandwich shop in 2014. After jumping right into the idea and creating a business plan the timing just wasn't right. Since then they got married, settled into work, enjoyed time with their corgis, but the idea of a breakfast sandwich shop was something they were passionate about.
Finally in 2019 they found a 1968 trailer, fell in love, and knew this would be where they would be operating their business. Cackleberry happily serves the Cincinnati area and specializes in breakfast sandwiches with a focus on a beloved and versatile ingredient, the egg.
